Ruben Neves Signing up For Al Hilal Shows Saudi Pro League Not Just a Retirement Home

Ever since Cristiano Ronaldo joined Riyadh- grounded club Al Nassr in December of last time, the Saudi Pro League has gone up in elevation and global recognition. This summer the league is continuing its signing spree. At the centre of this are four of the Kingdom’s clubs Al Nassr, Al Hilal, Al Ittihad, and Al Ahli. Saudi Arabia’s autonomous wealth fund, the PIF, owns a 75 stake in each of these brigades.
