NYC Rooms For Rent is a room mate matching service that helps room seekers find rooms. We are a Licensed Roommate Referral Agency that has been in business for over 30 years and has helped over 50,000 people find housing.  
How does our service work?
Because we have been in business for so long, we have gathered 1,000's of rooms from reputable landlords and primary tenants in NYC, mostly in Manhattan and Bronx. We assure you that we will have many options for you to decide from.
 In order to use our service clients must provide the following:
Proof of Income (Pay Stubs)
Fill out Application
Pay Registration Fee
($250 for single, 300 for couples)
 Once we have received your application and registration fee an agent will be in contact with you via email, text or phone.
Rooms and Prices
Prices of rooms range from $200 per week to $300 per week for 1 single person, and $275.00 per week to $400 per week for 2 or more. Most primary tenants or landlords prefer weekly rent vs. monthly. However, if you prefer to pay monthly you can always arrange that with your roommate.
 Most primary tenants and landlords will require 1 Week Rent and 1 Week Security Deposit.
(Ex. if you select a room that is $200 per week, you will need to pay your roommate 1 Week Rent and 1 Week Security, making the total to $400.00) 
Most rooms are furnished with a bed and a dresser. Most rooms have Wi-Fi.
Rooms are usually in 2-to-3-bedroom apartments where you will share the bathroom and the kitchen.
 We only start sharing information of specific rooms once the initial registration fee is paid.I want to use your services, what's next?
