Looking for a home asap

Hello! My name is Steven. I am the General Manager of a popular automotive shop in Vancouver. I am currently in Portland and seeking a cozy place for myself and my soon to be reunited dog(my BF Brody). Brody an Anatolian and is a well-behaved love bug, he doesn't destroy property, is potty trained and wants to be friends with every dog he meets. I am 42 and the brode is 5. So our wild bachelor days are behind us(I actually got him when I was married. We both no longer fit in her plans and we're ok with that). I make 5600 a month(+ bonus'). I'm looking for 1-2 beds, 1 bath, and if lucky, a yard(but not necessary.) and no more than 1400. I have excellent renting history and am looking to stay for at least 2 years.
