Proof of Funds Letter and Statement

Having done Property Investing, I am aware that many Investors, Regular Buyers and Wholesalers often need to supply the seller/agent with a Proof of Funds letter, in order to get the purchase contract.I am capable of providing that documentation with necessary statement and letter.
