Multi-function space saver oven

This Corsori oven is rated in the top 10 and top 5 in other consumer ratings books such as Best User Guide/Best Product Review/Forbes magazine.Upon setting it up I realized ihlt had more functions then I wanted.The 12 of them are Air Fryer/Convection for ?/Toast/Bake/Broil/Dehydrate/Roast/Slow Cook Defrost/Ferment/Keep Warm its a awesome oven
